Wave is a Saudi Arabia (KSA) communication platform. Place and receive calls, give each of your users their own number, route callers through queues and IVRs, and hand calls to an AI voice agent — all over a REST API, with a bilingual (Arabic + English) error contract built in.
Availability. Web Callback works with a sandbox key today. Voice (virtual numbers, queues) and recordings use a production key (sk_live_) — ask your Wave contact to enable them. WhatsApp messaging is on the roadmap.

Get started

Quickstart

Get a sandbox key and place your first callback in under 5 minutes.

How voice works

Numbers, call flows, and events — the shape of a Wave call.

Authentication

How API keys work and how to send them.

API Reference

Every endpoint, with an interactive playground.

What you can build

Web Callback

Click-to-call from your backend — Wave dials and bridges the call.

Virtual numbers

A Saudi number for every end-user, with their own greeting.

Queues

Route callers to agents and manage who’s logged in.

WaveML

The verbs a call flow speaks — Wave’s answer to TwiML.
Every response uses Wave’s standard error envelope (error_code + bilingual message / message_ar), and endpoints are rate-limited per key.
